1. Agreement to terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and They govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase you make through it.

By placing an order you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We may refuse service, close accounts or cancel orders at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, reseller activity or abuse of our returns policy.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We work hard to display products accurately, but colors depend on your screen and packaging may change. Dimensions and weights are approximate. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities per household.

Fire safety products are consumer-grade equipment sold for residential use. They are not a substitute for professional fire protection engineering, and you are responsible for installing, testing and maintaining them according to the manufacturer's instructions and your local fire code.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices may change at any time before you place an order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full, even if the order has been confirmed.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card is authorized when you place the order and charged when the order ships. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorized to use that payment method.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods and send a shipping confirmation. We may cancel any order before dispatch and will refund any amount taken.

6. Shipping, title and risk

We ship to addresses within the 50 United States, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Nothing in that policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable state consumer protection law.

8. Gift cards

Gift cards are issued in USD, never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. They are redeemable only at this store, cannot be exchanged for cash except where state law requires, and are not reloadable. Lost or stolen gift cards can be replaced only with the original order number. Gift cards are void if obtained fraudulently.

9. Memberships and auto-renewal

Trendy Plus is an annual subscription that renews automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a reminder email at least 7 days before renewal, as required by California and other state auto-renewal laws.

You may cancel at any time from your account page or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current term continues until it expires. A full refund of the current term is available within 14 days of purchase if no member benefit has been used.

10. Promotional codes

Promotional codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes applied fraudulently or in bulk will be voided and the associated orders cancelled.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the site for any unlawful purpose; scrape, spider or harvest data; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system; introduce malware; interfere with the site's operation; resell products without written authorization; or submit false, defamatory or infringing content.

12. User content and reviews

If you submit a review, photo or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights. We may remove content at our discretion and do not endorse any opinion expressed by users.

13. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, photographs, page layout and code — is owned by Trendy Buy Shop, LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, this website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Manufacturer warranties on physical products are unaffected by this section.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendy Buy Shop, LLC and its officers, employees and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some states do not allow these limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trendy Buy Shop, LLC from any claim, demand, loss or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, North Carolina, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing a claim you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 14 days. Nothing prevents either party from seeking relief in small claims court.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes take effect 14 days after posting. Your continued use of the site after that date constitutes acceptance. The Terms in force at the time you place an order govern that order.

19. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return & Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
